No. Unlike many schools' own "grade replacement" or "forgiveness" policies, LSAC counts every attempt of a repeated course in the GPA calculation, even if your school crossed out the original grade. To reflect this correctly, enter every attempt as its own row.
A nonpunitive withdrawal (a plain "W" or "WP" that carries no academic penalty) is excluded entirely from the GPA calculation. A punitive withdrawal ("WF", Withdraw-Fail) is counted as an F (0.00). An incomplete is excluded unless it later lapses into a failing grade, in which case it counts as an F.
No — LSAC's undergraduate GPA calculation is based on undergraduate coursework only, from every undergraduate institution you attended (including community college, study abroad, and summer coursework), not just your degree-granting school. Graduate-level courses are reported separately and aren't part of this calculation.
